Mojo raid hike

The MOJO Raid, to be held at Camp Laurence, Lake Moogerah on September 15-16 2018, is an adventure race involving cycling, kayaking and hiking. With three, six and 12 hour options, there is something for everyone. Participants will ride, kayak (kayak supplied) and hike to find checkpoints. The three hour option is designed as a taster with families in mind, the six hour option is for newbies with good fitness and the 12 hour option is for serious, experienced racers.

Boonah Book Fest

Over 20,000 books which are constantly replenished throughout both days. From love stories to thrillers, children’s titles and reference material, the books range from adult fiction and non-fiction, magazines and sets, with a huge range of children’s books. Funds raised will purchase books to hand out to local children under 5 years of age as part of the Boonah Book Bug project. Items also purchased to support the Boonah Library. 8.30am – 1.30pm.
